First, please call our office to schedule your initial appointment. You will then receive an email that provides all the directions to necessary complete your required new patient registration online prior to your appointment.
Scheduling is simple & convenient. Simply call our office at 770-442-0727 and request a Telehealth appointment.
A licensed physical therapist will personally meet with you to discuss your needs and perform a thorough physical therapy examination to develop a proper plan of care that meets your goals. Each patient case is unique, but the first appointment can last between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Please plan to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. If a lower extremity is involved in your case, please wear something that will allow the physical therapist to access and assess that region.

We recommend patients first investigate their specific benefits to confirm all requirements. For insurance filing purposes, a prescription from your doctor is necessary at the time of the first visit. Certain benefits plans also require a referral from your primary care provider. There are other scenarios where a doctor referral and/or prescription are not necessary. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office for guidance and clarification.
